Villa Adelfas is a large, 612 meter squared, delightful Andalusian style property, located between Puerto Banus and Estepona. This lovely 5 bedroom home sleeps 10 guests (14 on request) and offers a great location from which to explore all that the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The beach and many restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. Sublim Beach Club is 2.5 km from the property, here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the Moroccan Atlas mountains in the far distance.

Villa Adelfas is a spacious villa, with a bright and airy feel. As you enter villa Adelfas you will find a large bright living area with picture windows looking out over the countryside towards the Mediterranean in the distance.
The air conditioned, comfortable lounge has a large flat screen TV and IPTV system (internet TV with many channels).
This living space also has a beautiful solid wooden table suitable for up to 12 people.
The main kitchen is located on the first level. This modern kitchen features twin sinks, an electric ceramic hob (stove top), electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Please note in the separate utility room located just off the kitchen you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Also on this first level you will find two air conditioned bedrooms that overlook the pool area; both of these rooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC & basin. The twin beds can be zipped together on request to make a super king in each bedroom, but please note only single duvets are provided (minimum 2 weeks notice). You will also find on this level is a cloakroom with wc & basin.
Down a flight of stairs to the coolest part of the villa you will find bedrooms 4 & 5; both these rooms have zip & link beds set up as twins and ceiling fans. The twin beds can be zipped together on request to make a super king in each bedroom (minimum 2 weeks notice), but please note only single duvets are provided. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC & basin.
Just outside these rooms is the second air-conditioned lounge with kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with electric ceramic hobs (stove tops), fridge freezer, kettle & toaster. The lounge area has a smart TV with google chromecast, please bring your own compatible device.
The games room has a pool table, a meeting corner & table football (the table tennis is located outside).
Occupying the whole of the upper floor is the spacious master suite (photos to the right); this room has air conditioning, a super king size bed and a TV with many channels.

The en suite bathroom boasts a corner bath, separate walk-in shower, twin sinks and wc and bidet.

In a separate wing there are 2 additional bedrooms with sitting area, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 14 people (thus 4 extra) on request for an extra 200€ per day on the regular price.
